We all experience life and its challenges differently. Holley’s goal for therapy is to create an inclusive and welcoming space for you to safely process your experiences. Every thought, feeling and emotion has a purpose and place during sessions, without judgment.
For couples and family counseling, Holley aims to focus on the attachment needs for each partner to be able to learn how to communicate better and interact with one another in a more compassionate and connecting way. She is passionate in assisting medical professionals manage their stress and is experienced with the LGBTQIA+ community as an affirming therapist.
Holley earned her Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University and has been practicing in Dallas since 2015.

IFS is an evidence-based psychotherapy that views every human as a system of protective and wounded inner parts that is led by a core Self. IFS creates an inner and outer connectedness that helps us understand our Self and to help heal our wounded parts.

The goal of EMDR is to help decrease negative emotions and behaviors through the use of bilateral stimulation of the brain often used through eye movements. While focusing on stuck or unprocessed memories of trauma, the use of bilateral stimulation helps the brain reorganize and store the newly processed memories in a healthy way.

An empirically validated intervention, EFT focuses on adult attachment, emotion and emotional regulation as key parts in the individual experience and relational interaction.

Solution Focused Therapy is a short-term goal oriented therapeutic approach that focuses on creating solutions rather than on problems to create sustained and desired changes.
